Refund policy

The ByDominique pieces are not mass-produced - they have been carefully handcrafted and therefor each item is individual. In general production happens after an order is placed, so the piece is made just for you and cannot be returned. Only certain pieces can be resized and only for additional payment which will be communicated via email depending on location and jewellery piece. To avoid this please communicate sizing carefully. In case you have selected the wrong size and realize shortly after placing the order, you must notify us within 1 week of purchase, then we might be able to adjust - it is not guaranteed. You cannot return an item for refund if it is the wrong size. You cannot return an item for refund because you didn't like it, please select carefully. If crystals are set, they are set by hand and very carefully. Some crystals have cracks, it might be their characteristics or happen during setting. Each piece is carefully examined and judged before sent out - as long as the crystals just naturally cracked looking and not obviously damaged, they will be considered undamaged good. You cannot return an item because the crystal is cracked.

Possible to return:

- Where jewellery is received faulty, evidence of this must be supplied with photos immediately or latest within 24 hours from receipt of the goods, sent to ByDominique via email.This does not include cracked crystals. 

- Any damages on the product which happened during shipping must be reported with photos immediately or latest within 24 hours from receipt of the goods, sent to ByDominique via email.
